We're sorry to hear that your Jimmy Lion purchase didn't work out this time, but no problem! *You have 30 business days from the receipt of your order to manage a return.

Please note that you are responsible for any additional fees, taxes or customs duties that might be incurred during the return process.  

*Bundles and Packs can be returned following our standard Return Policy, but only as a complete set — individual pairs are not eligible for return or exchange.

*Important: Mystery Boxes, Underwear (boxer shorts), and promotional gifted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
