I received my order, but it's damaged/incomplete. What can I do?Updated 6 months ago

We understand you're disappointed. Our goal is to always offer you the highest quality, and that's why we'll find the best solution for you!

We ask you to please contact our Customer Service team through the contact form or by writing directly to [email protected] explaining what happened. Please attach images of the damaged item, including the outer packaging. In the case of missing items, please attach images of the complete order that was received, including the outer packaging. Once the email is received, we will review the case, and get in touch with you as soon as possible. 

We also ask you not to throw away the outer packaging until we respond. Please keep it as it is possible that the damage/tampering was caused by the transport provider, in which case we'll need to include this information in our damage/tampering notification.

If you don't keep the packaging, we will have to wait for the delivery company's response in order to be able to give you their response as the final resolution to the claim. 

NOTE: In case you see damage/tampering at the time of delivery, please notify the courier. This way, the incident will be processed much faster by the carrier, allowing us to give you a speedier resolution.
